How does it work?
Like most popular messaging apps, you can send text message, attach images, video or audio, create groups and additionally, create folders. For instance a group can be related to a particular patient’s care and the members are all medical professionals who are involved in the patients care. You can assign group administrators, invite members in the group and all the functions you are familiar with using other popular messaging apps, however, we made the platform secured at all levels, from the App installed in your mobile device until it reaches your recipient. All message history are logged by default and message history can be retrieved. It uses app passcode for extra protection or Touch ID authentication for devices with Touch ID support as another layer of protection. Data encryption is implemented at all levels. Data is encrypted in the App as well as in the backend server. App accesses the server using secured authentication.
You can also send scheduled messages. For example, you want to send a message next day morning, you can already write the text in the evening and schedule it to be sent tomorrow morning so you can rest well and no worries of waking up too early to send those important messages.

Messages and settings reside on a secured server. This can only be accessed by a unique username and password with prior authorization. Messages resides on your phone, it is known that Mobile phone theft is a leading cause of HIPAA breaches, therefore we made the App more secured than other typical messaging Apps. For double protection, weve added TouchID authentication for devices with TouchID or alternatively use App passcode. Data encryption is implemented at all levels. Data is encrypted in the App as well as in the backend server. App accesses the server using secured authentication.
If phone gets lost, just call support and they will lock out your login credentials and the App wont be usable. Furthermore, theres an audit trail because there’s complete documentation and recording of each message from message originator to the recipient/s.
